God's Wonderful Way of Making things Work!!!

How Awesome is God???? Let me tell you, that in just 1 month, we have been blessed to come up with 1000 dollars for our adoption! In addition to all this, I (Sarah) have been trying to do some on call therapy work. I have had no luck, I was however hired with a company, but no work had been offered as of yet. I had been really bummed about this. Noticed the past tense in this story!!! I got a call yesterday from the company asking if I could fill in any day during a specific week. I said YES YES YES!!! I am now going to be working 3 full time days this month!!! This is Awesome, because it pays a ton more than I get from my regular job. I am sooooo excited. This will give us 1/2 of our second deposit of 1000 dollars!!! God is continuing to bless us! The next fundraiser will be a Mary Kay party. My best friend is selling Mary Kay and will offer 30 % of the profit to go toward Daniel!!! I am so happy and blessed to have such wonderful friends in my life. Tonight's the Night

Tonight is the Pool Party. Again, If anyone out there did not get a mail invitation, you are very welcome to attend!!! We would be so happy to have you there. We will have soda's, water, chips and candy bars available for .50 each. We are looking forward to a great night with friends and family.

Onto another note, We got a call back from the home study people. They are sending us the paperwork to get started. I was also told that they have to do fingerprints and Cps checks that could take an additional 60 days to complete. I am praying that it is complete by August!!! Please pray with me. At this point in Aug, I can have it translated and then send off for the I600a? Then finally send everything to the Consulate in Chicago. I cannot wait. Also, by Husband has been researching flights and such. Please pray that if it is the Lords will, we would be able to have money or someone donate frequent flier miles to me so that I can visit our son and do any paperwork needed in Haiti. I am not sure at what point I have to file I600? in Haiti, but hopefully it would work out that I would already be there at that time!!!

Head count

Just trying to get a head count for who all may be coming to the Pool Party. If you are coming, Please let me know. I know I didn't get invites out to everyone, but everyone is invited!!!! Quick Update

Just a quick update and a Huge thank you. Today was the first day of our yard sale. We made just over $150.00!!!! We feel so blessed to be able to clear out our things, live more simply, and make some much needed money. Thank you again for your prayers! Please continue to pray for tomorrow, which is our last day for the sale. Also please pray that Satan would not attack our feeling or anything else involved with our adoption process of our beautiful baby boy!!! God has given him to us, and We are so thankful for this. He's OURS!!!!!!!!!

I am sooooo excited to announce that................
Isaiah Daniel James Olson is ours !!!
I will be sending a check to the Orphanage the first part of next week! I cannot wait to hold him, smell him, touch him, feed him, love him, and all the other mommy things to be done!

Isaiah, baby I know you cannot read this, or even begin to understand what is going on, but I love you and promise to do my best to be with you soon! Be a good boy and remember that Daddy and I love you so much! You have 4 wonderful sisters who also cannot wait to be with you! Love you, Mommy

To all out there in blog land, We are having a huge yard sale this weekend. I advertised it and everything. All will be priced to sell. We are also having a fundraising pool party on July 12. A leap of Faith

Lord Willing, This is who we will be adopting!!!! I Love this baby. In our hearts, he is our son. We think he is so perfect, and cute. We have to start our process. We are working very hard to get together our O fee. We currently have $550. By Friday, we should have another 500 at least, and this doesn't count the yard sale money that we will make this weekend. I cannot wait to officially make him ours! The love I have for him is no different than for my girls. I have never seen him in person, held him, touched him, fed him, smelled him or anything else, and it doesn't matter. I love him! He is just so precious! Please pray with me that the money will come in somehow. I cannot imagine him not being my child!
