I don't think I have the words to describe the happiness I feel!! You are so right, I have desired a child from Haiti for several years now. I am still in a state of OH MY GOODNESS, ITS HAPPENING!!! I have gone to the website to look at him and the words "On hold for a family" so many times today that I have lost count!

i know i don't 'know' you, but am thrilled at your news as i read your blog daily ~ since reading it the first time, i feel i've come to know you all as we were where you are now, at one point (several children ago) in our lives ~ will you be flying into indianapolis when you bring your son home? (sorry, i don't recognise your town)

For so long I've been wondering why Daniel had not yet been adopted. Clearly God's plans were in action! Congratulations to all of you!

Anonymous, Please explain yourself. I looked for your yahoo group, couldn't find it. I believe that this child is mine. I also believe that God will get this child home to me. I have prayed and prayed and God is providing for our family to adopt this child. He is in control, not the orphanage. God is my strength, and my comfort. Until God leads me to think otherwise, This is my child! Please, don't take this as rude or disrespectful, I don't mean it this way. If you would like to inform me, please let me know and we can make arrangements. Thanks for your input

:) hey, don't worry about that comment. i'm pretty sure from the FIFTEEN others in your town adopting from here, you have heard true stories and seen true footage of what's happening here! God is so good to us, so faithful and true!
i was the lucky one who got to tell daniel's nanny today that he has a family and she threw a party! jutane is in love with your son and has been asking me for months when he was going to get a family!!
oh, and just to let you know, i gave him the nickname "ti buddah" due to his size and it has stuck. so, congratulations and welcome aboard! we are so thrilled to have you! and we know that God has an amazing plan for isaiah daniel and your family!

Sarah,
CONGRATS, CONGRATS!! He is so cute! I am so so excited for you guys. I did the same exact thing when we put Sara on hold and then Jamesley. I checked the site atleast 20 times a day just to make sure it still said ...forever family. Every time I read those words it was like I was reading them for the first time. God's faithfulness is truly amazing.
Christ has brought us all here. He lead us to our children. He will be faithful to follow us through. This by no means is a perfect process, but like you said, we put our faith in Christ, not man. I am so glad that my children are where they are. Let me just tell you that they are not lacking ANY LOVE. And I was able to witness that first hand. That was the one thing that stuck out to me...is how much they are loved. Perfect...no...its a third world country. But there is no shortage of love. I would love to talk more. email me jleevradenburg@sbcglobal.net

ps I have some pics of him if you want to email me with your email address I will send them to you.
I am going next week I will take lots of pics for you.
