That doesn't matter right now. We have been down several times and can prove it as well, but as of now the judge is requiring it regardless. There are efforts to get the judge to back down on this requirement. We are hoping it is possible to be able to go down to this and then file your i600 right after this appointment, which would save another trip and some time.
