So we are thinking of having a Bar-B-Q fundraiser. We are so worried that it will flop! We have a guy, who is willing to donate his time and equipment, and space to do this for us, but we are just worried that we will loose money in the long run. Please be in prayer about this event. We want to try and have all the remainder money we need, buy the end of summer! Thanks a bunch prayer comrades!

I know how you are feeling! We have been throwing a few fundraiser ideas around & worry we will end up losing money. I do think a BBQ sounds fun. Donated time & equipment is good. Maybe you could get a local grocery store to sell you supplies at a discount or even donate some. I'll be praying...
Unfortunately, I have contacted all the local grocers, and nothing, so this will all have to come out of our personal fund, to pay upfront, and pray that we turn over what we put out....Please keep praying, like crazy, that this will be a success!

Our youth just had a BBQ and sold it immediately after church. (Everyone is hungry after church!) They made over $1,000.
